Design by Bob Weiner and Rod Dyer (in the United States, I guess), with art direction by John Hoernle and concept by Shorewood Packaging.

Some things suggest to me that this is lettering, like the sweeping swashes on the capitals, but also the perceived small differences in repeating letters.

Other things like the non-connecting pairs seem odd for an entirely custom job. Maybe a customization?
