This is a Grecian, a style that originated in wood. Many wood type fonts were converted to phototype in the 1960–70s. (The Morgan Press collection at Headliners is one such example.) which is perhaps how it ended up on this poster. Two digital options – besides the Dick Pape fonts that Sonikku mentions – are Solotype’s Grecian and Wooden Type Fonts’ Grecian.

Surprisingly it seems to have existed as some full font then. It was recreated/digitized in 2013/2014 https://luc.devroye.org/fonts-74407.html
