This font was often used in congunction with Times New Roman, so I'm assuming it must be a default font rather than something in-house. Given that this particular font only shows on up in demo images for old CGI assets I tried looking through the default system fonts from the early SGI workstation computers, but unfortunately what few of those fonts I could find did not match.
