This is from the cover of an album released in 1988 in the US, Blue Demon’s Mexican Rock and Roll Favorites.
I don’t recognize the font. Puzzle is similar, but came later. When you look at the full cover, you’ll find that there are two different forms for M and S and three forms for A. This suggests it’s either a font that offers alternate glyphs, or it’s custom(ized).
