The album was released in 1981, so a pre-digital typeface (if it is a typeface at all).

Just came across a 1970s face with a similar squished look, Steen Sans. I don’t think it’s the right one, though: r has a shorter arm and bowl-stem joins are handled differently. Adding it here for future reference.

Not finding a match among digital typefaces, even after compensating for the artificial condensing.
