Help ID the 2 fonts used for In My Mind by Alok & John Legend

Question

Can someone help me identify the 2 fonts used on the cover of In My Mind by John Legend and Alok? In My Mind might be Fluro Bold if someone can confirm, no clue about the other typewriter like one, I've found several pretty close but noone matching exactly. Thanks in advance.

Further research hints the artist name might most probably be JMHTypewriter-Bold for those interested.

The typewriter type looks like Prestige 12 to me. Only the ampersand doesn't match.

Ah, you're right. JMH has that ampersand. I failed to look it up because this felt so much like Prestige. JMH may have been inspired by the same IBM face.
