It’s not a typeface—hand lettering by Rob Leuschke (he digitized his own lettering to create Holiday ROB).

He does create stand-alone typefaces, and perhaps one of the ones at the link I provided above would work for you (QwitcherBychen and Water Brush are similar in style).
